Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at cupidvanityshop@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- An opening video is required, showing the sealed package, the unboxing process, and the issue in the product.
- Without an opening video, any return request will be null and void.
Replacements & Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
- Customized products cannot be returned or refunded as they are specially curated.
- Standard orders can only be returned if they are defective or damaged.
- The return request must be made within 2 days of receiving the item.

Damages and Issues
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or mismatched as per your order.
- The exchange request must be sent to cupidvanityshop@gmail.com.
- An opening video is required (showing the package sealed, the unboxing process, and the issue with the product).
- Exchanges may take up to 15 days, including receiving the defective item and delivering the replacement.
- Exchanges are only for the same product and cannot be switched for another item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refunds are processed through a registered payment partner (no manual refunds for website orders).
- It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at cupidvanityshop@gmail.com.
- No refunds for customized orders.
Cancellation Policy
- Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- No cancellations for orders that are processing, shipped, or out for delivery.
- No returns or refunds for customized orders.
